Shipping & Returns


Orders placed by 12:00 Noon EST will ship same day from our warehouse in Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Most orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground. Order placed after 12:00 Noon, weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.

Overweight or palleted items typically ship via freight. After you place your order a customer service representative will contact you to provide accurate freight pricing -- in almost all situations freight costs will be lower than originally shown.


Returns must be initiated within 30 days after the item is received. Special Orders and Custom Blends are not returnable and all returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All returned items require a Return Authorization Form which may be obtained by calling a Customer Service Representative (717) 766-6661 - M-F 7am - 4pm. Please provide the original invoice number, the part number(s) and the quantity being returned. Make sure to provide the reason for the return. Additionally, returned items need to be unopened and/or in good resalable condition.
